Berry, watermelon and ginger smoothie

Ingredients

  • 400 g seedless watermelon, coarsely chopped
  • 125 g strawberries
  • 75g blueberries
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 10 ice cubes, crushed
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint

Method

  1. Blend or process watermelon, berries, ginger and lime juice until smooth.
  2. Transfer to medium size jug, stir in the fresh mint and ice cubes.
  3. Pour into a glass and serve.
