  • 3 large courgettes cut into thin slices
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Sea salt and black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika.


  1. Preheat oven to 220°C.
  2. Cut the courgettes into thin slice and place on a baking tray.
  3. Add olive oil over courgettes, with sea salt, black pepper and paprika.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven until courgettes are brown and crispy, cook time 15- 25 minutes.
