Ingredients

  • 8-inch organic sandwich wraps.
  • turkey.
  • cucumbers.
  • lettuce.
  • carrots.
  • olives
  • drizzle of olive oil

Method

  1. On bottom half of wrap, distribute 3 slices of turkey breast, then on top place the cucumber.
  2. Next, overlay the carrots, olives and lettuce, leaving a border at bottom edge of wrap.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and finish off with a drizzle of olive oil.
  4. Roll the wrap gently but tightly into a cylinder, eat and enjoy.
