  • 2 slice of Biona organic rye bread.
  • 1 tsp or 10g of goats cheese.
  • 2 salmon slices.
  • ¼ red onion, thinly chopped.

Method

  1. Spread goat’s cheese on a slice of organic rye bread.
  2. Add the slices of salmon, topped with the red onion and season with pepper.
  3. Pre-heat a grill and place toastie under the grill for a few of minutes.
  4. Tuck in, eat and enjoy.
