- 1 cup coconut milk.
- 3-4 cups spinach.
- 100g cucumber.
- 20g fresh mint.

Method
- Roughly, chop the spinach and cucumber, then put into the blender with the mint, coconut oil and blend.
- Add the coconut milk, coconut water, linseed and chlorophyll powder and blend until smooth.
- To serve, fill a glass with crushed ice, pour in the juice and garnish with mint sprig.
