Easy cook salmon

  • 1 tbsp garlic powder

  • 4 (6 ounce) salmon
  • Organic butter
  • Lemon

Method

  1. Stir together the garlic powder, basil, and salt in a small bowl; rub in equal amounts onto the salmon fillets to season.
  2. Melt the butter in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat; cook the salmon in the butter until browned, about 5 minutes each side.
  3. On a bed of salad, serve the salmon with pieces of lemon and a sprinkling of freshly ground pepper.
