Ingredients
- 40g pasta.
- 1 tbsp olive oil.
- 1 tbsp of fresh ground pepper.
- 1 tbsp of pesto.
- 150g cod fillet.
- 1 tbsp of capers.

Method
- Pre heat the grill and set it to a medium to high heat.
- Place the cod on a baking tray and season with olive oil and pepper.
- Cook under the grill for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Place the pasta into boiling water and cook until just turning soft.
- Drain the pasta and mix in the fresh pesto with capers.
- Place the pasta mix on a plate with the grilled cod and garnish with cherry tomatoes.
