Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups chopped almonds.
- 1 cup organic oats (gluten free).
- 1 cup chopped walnuts.
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds.
- 1 1/2 tbsp organic coconut oil (melted).
- 1 cup coconut flakes.
- 1 tbsp cup coconut sugar.
- 1/4 tbsp sea salt.
- 1 tbsp cinnamon.
- 1 tbsp almond extract.
Method
- Preheat oven to 200 C, combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Make sure that all of the ingredients are coated with coconut oil and sugar.
- On a large baking tray, spread granola mixture evenly and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven, after the granola has cooled, crumble into small pieces.
