- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 2 tbsp feta cheese (crumbled)

Method
- Set to a medium heat and melt coconut oil in a non-stick pan.
- Add broccoli and cook 3 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine eggs, feta, and dill and whisk together.
- Pour mixture into the non-stick pan, with the broccoli and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Add the black grounded pepper as the omelette cooks and flip to cook evenly.
